Job Description
Lead Product Manager developing and managing products for Humana’s healthcare delivery. Overseeing IT solutions to maximize HEDIS scores and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use
- Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial
- Manages our portfolio of IT solutions, coordinating feature delivery with product owners
- Tracks investment and delivery
- Monitors the efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs
- Advises the QSI DTO Director and Principal to develop functional strategies on matters of significance
- Facilitates the IT investment governance program
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and collaboration
- Support the Product Owners, helping with barrier navigation/removal
- Support QSI DTO Director and Principal with emergent initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of software engineering or business systems analyst experience
- 2+ years of project leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Disposition for partnering and collaboration
- Fundamental project management skills
- 3+ years’ experience delivering solutions using an agile SDLC including multiple PI deliveries using SAFe
- Solid spreadsheet skills and an aptitude for financial numbers
- Scaled Agile POPM certification (preferred)
- Budget management experience (preferred)
- Experience with diagramming tools such as Lucid or Visio (preferred)
- Business presentation skills (preferred)
- Knowledge of HEDIS and Stars (preferred)
