Director of Product Management overseeing product roadmap and performance, mentoring team in Product-Led Growth methodologies.

  • Evangelize and implement Product-Led Growth methodologies to drive retention, upsell, and organic acquisition
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring we are focused on the highest-leverage opportunities
  • Direct the roadmap across our diverse product portfolio, balancing legacy community needs with high-growth utility features
  • Directly manage and mentor our Product Management team, fostering a culture of data-driven excellence
  • Serve as a dedicated Product Owner for a product delivery squad, writing PRDs and user stories, managing the backlog, and working daily with engineers that ship
  • Partner with leadership as part of our M&A team, assisting with "Product Due Diligence" for new acquisitions, identifying growth levers and integration paths
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to maintain a relentless pace of iteration and high-quality updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Business Analytics) or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Product Management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role focused within the B2C mobile space
  • Deep experience with mobile metrics (LTV/CAC, ARPU, Churn) and a track record of making decisions based on data rather than intuition
  • A proven history of hitting engagement and revenue targets while managing the math of a subscription-based business
  • A bias for action that moves beyond ideation into high-velocity product delivery, supported by expert-level mastery of Agile methodologies and modern product management tools
  • A rigorous, analytical mindset that prioritizes evidence-based strategies over "gut" decisions to drive retention, LTV, and organic growth
  • A natural inclination for teaching and the ability to guide a team through a PLG transition with patience and clarity
  • The ability to thrive in an environment of extreme autonomy, identifying the biggest levers for growth without waiting for a list of tasks
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between high-level vision and granular technical execution.
