Requirements:

  • Experience working with engineering and design teams;
  • Strong ability to engage in technical conversations with developers;

  • Familiarity with or experience using the WSJF prioritization method (Weighted Shortest Job First);
  • End-to-end product creation for SaaS platforms (from discovery to validation of results);
  • Experience with user research and testing (A/B tests, usability testing, etc.);
  • Ability to work within a culture of experimentation and in uncertain scenarios (cause/effect relationships not always well-known);
  • Dynamic profile that contributes to strategic decisions but is also very hands-on to deliver the area’s outcomes.
