Job Description
Product Support Engineer troubleshooting APIs, integrations, and configuration issues for Sprinto’s autonomous trust platform. Investigating customer problems and partnering with Product and Engineering through resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate product, integration, and configuration issues
- Reproduce problems, test hypotheses, and identify likely causes
- Develop practical knowledge of APIs, HTTP requests, browser behavior, authentication, cloud integrations, and connected systems
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout investigations and explain next steps
- Collect evidence, isolate issues, and create precise escalations for Product and Engineering
- Distinguish product defects, configuration problems, integration failures, and expected behavior
- Identify recurring patterns and improve documentation, troubleshooting playbooks, product feedback, and processes
- Learn how businesses implement SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA and how Sprinto connects with cloud infrastructure, identity systems, and business applications
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Compliance teams
Requirements:
- Recent engineering graduate or up to one year of relevant experience
- Working understanding of APIs, HTTP, client-server architecture, and databases
- Ability to understand how products and systems work
- Ability to approach unfamiliar problems by breaking them down and testing possibilities
- Ability to explain technical problems clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable asking questions, researching independently, and learning from incomplete information
- Ownership of issues through resolution
- Customer-focused mindset
- Clear written communication and effectiveness in a remote environment
- Receptive to feedback and able to demonstrate learning
- Prior Product Support experience is not required
