Job Description
Product Writer focusing on Content Design, defining writing norms and creating reusable text components. Collaborating with designers and developers in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define writing standards, best practices and principles
- Create and maintain style guides and brand voice
- Create reusable textual components: microcopy, error messages, CTAs, etc.
- Map critical text flows and turn them into templates
- Work closely with system designers and developers to ensure content is an integral part of components
- Track adoption of content guidelines within design systems
- Lead workshops, talks and trainings on Content Design
- Serve as a reference for writing best practices
Requirements:
- Experience building Design Systems with a focus on desktop platforms
- Strong knowledge of UX writing, web writing and copywriting
- Knowledge of accessibility in writing
- Experience creating and documenting rules and writing standards for digital products
- Experience educating and sharing best practices and responsibilities for a Content System
- Proficiency with Figma
- Familiarity with Zeroheight (not mandatory)
- Knowledge of interface design for desktop and mobile platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Languages, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations or related fields
