Job Description

Production & OEE Improvement Consultant helping factories use data for performance improvements. Working with teams on the shop floor to maximize efficiency and drive change.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach frontline teams on how to use Factbird data to solve real production problems, eliminate waste, and drive performance.
  • Lead structured improvement workshops that translate insights into measurable actions and results.
  • Guide customers through rollout and adoption, ensuring Factbird becomes an integral part of their daily routines.
  • Support customer leadership with performance reviews, KPIs, and progress dashboards.
  • Identify expansion opportunities by demonstrating tangible ROI and deepening customer engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Product teams to represent the voice of the customer and improve the platform.
  • Document best practices and contribute to Factbird’s library of success playbooks and training content.
  • Measured on customer retention and Product expansion within existing customer base.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, consulting, or CI coaching role.
  • Fluency in English and German, Dutch, or any other European language.
  • Strong understanding of production KPIs: OEE, downtime, throughput, quality, etc.
  • Proven experience driving behavioral and cultural change.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, from operators to senior managers.
  • Comfort working with digital systems, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA.
