Job Description

Program Evaluation Analyst supporting CDC public health program evaluation at BryceTech. Analyzing outcomes and translating findings into actionable recommendations for government stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of program evaluation activities for CDC public health programs
  • Develop and refine evaluation questions, logic models, performance measures, indicators, and evaluation frameworks
  • Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative program data
  • Conduct literature reviews, environmental scans, and other research
  • Develop data collection instruments, interview protocols, surveys, assessment tools, and other evaluation materials
  • Identify appropriate evaluation methodologies, data sources, analytical approaches, and measures
  • Analyze program performance and outcomes to assess effectiveness, efficiency, reach, and impact
  • Identify trends, gaps, challenges, and opportunities based on evaluation findings
  • Prepare evaluation reports, technical memoranda, presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, and other products
  • Translate complex evaluation findings into clear, actionable recommendations for program managers and leadership
  • Support development and tracking of program performance measures and outcomes
  • Monitor evaluation milestones, deliverables, data collection activities, and project schedules
  • Participate in stakeholder interviews, focus groups, working groups, and other evaluation-related engagements
  • Coordinate with CDC personnel, federal partners, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Support quality assurance and validation of evaluation data and analytical products
  • Develop evaluation plans, implementation plans, and other program documentation
  • Maintain organized documentation of evaluation methodologies, data sources, assumptions, findings, and recommendations
  • Support continuous improvement activities using evaluation findings to identify opportunities for program enhancement
  • Perform other related duties supporting CDC program evaluation and public health initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, epidemiology, health services research, health administration, social sciences, statistics, evaluation science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience supporting program evaluation, performance measurement, research, data analysis, public health programs, or a related field
  • Experience conducting quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
  • Experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting programmatic or research data
  • Experience developing reports, presentations, briefings, and other analytical products
  • Understanding of basic program evaluation concepts, methodologies, and performance measurement
  • Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Position is contingent upon contract award
