Job Description

Program Manager leading neurosurgical management services for Goodman Campbell. Coordinating clinical operations, committees, deliverables, and partner-site improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and track deliverables related to management services
  • Provide collaborative and influential leadership with co-management stakeholders to ensure contract adherence and success
  • Partner with GCBS Management Services, Quality, Operations, and Clinical and Medical Directors teams to provide management services at partnership sites
  • Manage development, implementation, and organization of neurosurgical programming services
  • Own and manage neurosurgery calendaring and committee support at the co-management site
  • Lead charter planning and development of committees supporting education, training, and operational effectiveness
  • Analyze operational trends and develop measurable process-improvement action plans
  • Convene stakeholders and facilitate change processes
  • Manage project scope, plans, goals, timelines, tasks, quality, and resources for assigned deliverables
  • Interface with GCBS providers and quality, education, and research supports to complete contracted services and deliverables
  • Integrate internal GCBS educational and operational initiatives into partner operations and programming
  • Communicate relevant program information to physician partners and/or leadership
  • Serve on internal committees and represent GCBS to external organizations and agencies as directed
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in management and program development
  • Preferred: 3-5 years experience in healthcare leadership or equivalent experience in a professional position
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Detailed, accurate, and efficient program development and management capabilities
  • Active communication and respectful collaboration with peers and partnership stakeholders
  • Understanding and commitment to GCBS Mission and Values
  • Frequent and consistent travel to multiple clinic and hospital sites, as well as occasional travel out of state
