Job Description
Project Manager leading technology implementation and hardening projects for Athena7 at Fenix24. Coordinating teams and managing client expectations to deliver projects on time and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage medium and large size technology implementation and hardening projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, clients and vendors
- Leverage ServiceNow and other PM tools to create and maintain project artifacts, dashboards and reports (i.e. Charter, Communication Plan, RAID Log)
- Schedule and facilitate internal and client-facing meetings
- Drive resolution of issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Monitor and control risks, timeline, budget and quality to ensure customer delight
- Contribute process improvement input and solutioning ideas to internal PMO collaborations
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- 3 to 8 years of experience as a Project Manager leading technology projects
- Experience successfully communicating with and leading project stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of technical security and disaster recovery concepts
- Experience with project management tools such as ServiceNow, MS Project and Monday.com
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Project Management or a related discipline
- CISP Certification
- PMP and/or Agile Certifications preferred
