Job Description
PHR Way Programs Manager implementing and driving adoption of property-management programs at PURE HomeRiver. Managing cross-functional projects, audits, change initiatives, and third-party relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for all PHR Way Programs
- Collaborate with PHR Way Audit team members to identify adoption deficiencies and retrain team members as needed
- Assist in executing the Company's change management plan and ensure key deliverables and milestones are met
- Apply industry knowledge and expertise to ensure successful implementation and adoption of programs and initiatives
- Collaborate across all organizational levels to drive adoption
- Partner with Regional Directors and Operations Managers as a PHR Way Programs subject matter expert
- Collect and analyze program data/statistics to provide insights and suggest adjustments to the product team
- Act as a liaison between third-party partners and identify ways to improve program or product efficiency
- Project manage, execute, and lead multiple PHR Way projects, including consolidations, operations-based training, and strategic initiatives
- Act as a utility player for the PHR Way team
Requirements:
- At least two years of property management experience
- Demonstrable project management experience
- Experience with process implementation
