Job Description
Client Advisor assisting customers with home and auto insurance needs at YouSet. Providing excellent service and personalized coverage advice to ensure clients' satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs
- Answer coverage questions, provide personalized advice, and process policy sales or changes
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their policies meet their needs
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and SMS
- Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities
- Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to achieve team goals
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities
Requirements:
- Valid AMF license
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a broker or agent
- At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (French and English) oral and written communication skills
- Interest in technology
