Job Description

Client Advisor assisting customers with home and auto insurance needs at YouSet. Providing excellent service and personalized coverage advice to ensure clients' satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs
  • Answer coverage questions, provide personalized advice, and process policy sales or changes
  • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their policies meet their needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and SMS
  • Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and add follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to achieve team goals
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development activities

Requirements:

  • Valid AMF license
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a broker or agent
  • At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (French and English) oral and written communication skills
  • Interest in technology
