Job Description

Property Claims Adjuster managing a portfolio of property claims for Reserv. Utilizing AI-powered tools to streamline claims processes in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage property claims end-to-end, from first notification of loss through to settlement
  • Built and maintain high-quality relationships with stakeholders, brokers, and policyholders, consistently meeting the service standards our clients expect
  • Prioritise and organise a varied caseload, working within system driven SLAs and workflows to keep claims moving efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally - whether that's a coverage letter, a call with a claimant, or an update to a client adapt quickly in a past-paced enviroment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property claims in all or any of the following: Commercial, Personal, Agriculture
  • Business Interruption knowledge would be advantageous
  • Claims authority of £25,000 or more in current role
  • Awareness of current UK trends associated with Insurance and the wider market impacts
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate complex data and make sound decisions based on established guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Curious and motivated by problem solving and questioning the status quo
  • Desire to engage in learning opportunities and continuous professional development
  • Willingness to travel for client and claims needs
