Job Description
Property Claims Adjuster managing a portfolio of property claims for Reserv. Utilizing AI-powered tools to streamline claims processes in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage property claims end-to-end, from first notification of loss through to settlement
- Built and maintain high-quality relationships with stakeholders, brokers, and policyholders, consistently meeting the service standards our clients expect
- Prioritise and organise a varied caseload, working within system driven SLAs and workflows to keep claims moving efficiently
- Communicate clearly and professionally - whether that's a coverage letter, a call with a claimant, or an update to a client adapt quickly in a past-paced enviroment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property claims in all or any of the following: Commercial, Personal, Agriculture
- Business Interruption knowledge would be advantageous
- Claims authority of £25,000 or more in current role
- Awareness of current UK trends associated with Insurance and the wider market impacts
- Ability to analyze and evaluate complex data and make sound decisions based on established guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Curious and motivated by problem solving and questioning the status quo
- Desire to engage in learning opportunities and continuous professional development
- Willingness to travel for client and claims needs
