Job Description
Property Management Administrator supporting an Australian property management business. Handling commercial lease rent reviews, outgoings reconciliations, tenant recharges, and property records remotely from the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Action CPI, fixed and market rent reviews in the property management system, and keep tenant ledgers and records current
- Prepare and send arrears notices, and follow up overdue accounts with the property managers
- Set up new tenants, owners and properties in the system — lease details, contacts, ownership and payment settings, across both residential and commercial
- Generate recharge invoices to tenants for outgoings and other recoverable costs
- Prepare outgoings reconciliations and collate the supporting invoices into a spreadsheet for review
- Keep insurance policy details updated and accurate in the system
- Work directly with the property managers on tasks, approvals and queries through the day
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of property management administration experience
- Hands-on experience with commercial lease administration — rent reviews, outgoings and recoverable expenses
- Experience setting up leases, tenancies and properties in a property management system
- Strong Excel — you’ll build reconciliations and collate invoice schedules, not just enter data
- Accurate, careful work on every lease, ledger and invoice
- Clear written English for daily correspondence with property managers
- Available Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
