Job Description
QA Automation professional ensuring quality and scalability for digital products at Track&Field. Collaborating with teams and promoting testing culture and automated processes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the acceleration of building and evolving the automated testing pipeline.
- Design and expand the test automation strategy in partnership with the development team.
- Promote a culture of continuous quality, encouraging developers to take ownership of validating and testing the features they deliver.
- Ensure greater efficiency, coverage, and reliability in automated testing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with web and mobile testing frameworks
- Experience working in agile squads and rapid prototyping
