Job Description
Software QA responsible for testing Guidewire PolicyCenter functionalities and validating integrations. Experience in insurance domain and system integration testing required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop test cases based on business requirements for PolicyCenter modules
- Perform UI, rules, workflow, and validation testing
- Validate Guidewire integrations with third-party systems via SOAP/REST APIs
- Log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps
- Support test automation frameworks if applicable
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of QA experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (v9 or later)
- Knowledge of P&C Insurance workflows and business rules
- Experience in web service/API testing, including SOAP/REST
- Familiarity with SQL and data validation for backend testing
- Hands-on with tools such as JIRA, Postman, SoapUI, TestRail, or equivalents
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
