Job Description
QA Engineer manually testing Miratech’s iOS and Android apps for an interactive 3D building-modeling platform. Validating media workflows, usability, defects, and end-to-end product quality across complex systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of mobile apps on iOS and Android real devices
- Validate media workflows including photo capture, image quality, and visual data for 3D modeling
- Validate end-to-end product behavior and usability as a user advocate
- Identify functional, visual, and edge-case defects across environments
- Investigate defects using logs, tools, and reproducible scenarios with engineering teams
- Maintain test documentation, including test cases and scenarios, aligned with requirements
- Contribute to test planning and test coverage, including regression scope and high-risk areas
- Support automation via BDD, Gherkin, and third-party testing services such as Mobot
- Apply risk-based testing and shift-left practices to prioritize testing, clarify requirements, and prevent defects early
- Work on a solution enabling users to create interactive 3D building models using smartphone cameras
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in manual testing with strong understanding of QA fundamentals
- Mobile testing experience on iOS and Android real devices
- Familiarity with web application testing
- Experience in media/content validation workflows
- Strong analytical thinking, exploratory testing, and systematic problem solving
- Experience debugging and investigating issues with logs, tools, and reproducible scenarios in collaboration with engineering teams
- Experience in test planning, including defining coverage, regression scope, and risk areas
- Ability to test complex systems end-to-end
- Comfortable using LLMs as a testing and analysis tool
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills, independence, teamwork, and proactive participation in discussions
- Understanding of automation strategies, including BDD and Gherkin-based approaches
- Experience coordinating testing via third-party services such as device- or robotics-based testing
- Experience in domains related to 3D content, visual data, construction, or insurance
