Job Description
Quality Assurance Manager leading QA team and conducting audits for property claims. Ensuring high-quality standards and compliance while developing field adjusters' skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of QA Supervisors and QA Representatives
- Conduct structured audits of field adjuster files across personal and commercial property lines
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on carrier-specific requirements and expectations
- Translate audit findings into actionable, individualized feedback for field adjusters
- Review disputed files and provide authoritative QA perspective to support resolution
- Build and maintain QA dashboards and reporting
- Lead and manage a team of QA Supervisors and QA Representatives
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of property claims experience as a field adjuster
- Prior QA or audit experience in an insurance or independent adjusting environment
- Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring adjusters with a track record of measurable improvement
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to source and manage independent contractors
- Familiarity with per-file compensation structures
- Experience building or delivering training
- Xactimate and/or Symbility proficiency
- Active adjuster license(s) in applicable states
- Deep familiarity with carrier guidelines and what compliant, high-quality file handling looks like
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset
