Job Description
Quality Review Specialist validating transaction data and improving quality processes for Stewart, a global real estate services company. Supporting title, settlement, underwriting, and lender-service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Review data stored in client files and/or company production systems for accuracy and error-free information
- Review quality reports to identify trends, issues, and root causes
- Make recommendations for process changes
- Participate in implementing quality processes
- Integrate with related teams to accomplish objectives
- Recognize and solve atypical problems
- Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures
- Communicate and explain complex information and team interdependencies
- Modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
- Act as a resource for less experienced team members
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
- Ability to review client-file and production-system data for accuracy
- Ability to identify trends, issues, and root causes from quality reports
- Ability to recommend and implement quality processes
- Ability to solve atypical problems using existing precedents or procedures
- Ability to communicate and explain complex information and team interdependencies
- Ability to work under limited supervision and use discretion to modify processes
- Ability to serve as a resource for less experienced team members
- No supervisory responsibilities
