Job Description
Inventory Control Regional Manager overseeing inventory management for True Up's fulfillment centers. Ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance while leading inventory control teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory control processes across multiple warehouse and project locations
- Implement inventory policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project managers
- Manage and mentor inventory control staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in inventory management or related field
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to conduct audits and prepare reports
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Leadership experience in managing teams.
