Job Description
Regional Sales Director leading a team selling Workday Solutions to Federal Systems Integrators. Driving new business in a dynamic environment while positioning Workday as a cloud partner.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Senior Account Executives selling Workday’s Solutions
- Drive new business for Workday
- Drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support
- Successfully position Workday as a viable cloud partner of choice to alternative to legacy ERP solutions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of field sales management experience as a SaaS company, ideally focused on new business acquisition
- 10+ years of sales experience selling into Federal System Integrators, the Department of War and the Intelligence Community
- Experience selling cloud/ SaaS/ ERP solutions
- Experience in cultivating relationships with partners and alliances
- Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue/quota attainment
- Experience as a leader in a team selling environment
