Job Description

Regional Sales Manager leading growth in the Central US for a global Pro AV leader. Focusing on channel partnerships and direct end-user engagement in the audio-visual industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and expand strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end users.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Represent Kramer at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams while operating with a high level of independence.
  • Resolve customer challenges related to sales and service.
  • Travel across the territory.

Requirements:

  • Residence in the Central US region is required.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in Pro AV and IT markets.
  • Experience selling directly to dealers or to end customers through a dealer network.
  • Strong understanding of Professional A, V, networking, collaboration technologies, and IT ecosystems.
  • A proven track record of building and managing complex customer relationships.
  • Established connections with channel partners and end users in relevant markets.
  • Experience in value-added, solution-based selling.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and strong professional credibility.
