Job Description

Territory Sales Manager growing Fieldpiece’s HVACR distributor network and market share across Milan. Training sales teams, demonstrating products, and managing territory growth remotely with extensive travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales by developing relationships with existing and new HVACR distributors throughout the assigned territory
  • Partner with distributor sales teams through product training, joint sales calls, demonstrations, and sales support
  • Provide training to sales teams and HVACR technicians
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth plans to increase market share
  • Represent Fieldpiece at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
  • Manage the sales pipeline, market intelligence, and customer activity in CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the broader EMEA sales team
  • Become the trusted Fieldpiece expert for regional customers
  • Establish a strategic territory growth plan delivering measurable business results
  • Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships with distributors
  • Work remotely from home as an individual contributor without direct reports
  • Travel 2–3 overnight trips per week to distributors, contractors, industry events, and customer locations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience selling through distribution channels to grow revenue and market share
  • Experience working in the HVACR industry or a closely related industry such as tools, test & measurement, plumbing, electrical, industrial, or building products
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and provide training and technical product demonstrations
  • Excellent training, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Professional-level English
  • Fluency in Italian
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory, including 2–3 overnight trips per week
  • Must live within the Milan metropolitan area
