Job Description
Regional Sales Manager growing RRC’s battery technology and power management business across the US West. Acquiring B2B customers, managing Salesforce pipelines, and achieving regional revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Drive proactive customer acquisition across the assigned multiple-state region, focusing on direct business.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities, including opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans, forecasts, and strategies to maximize growth.
- Manage the sales funnel, maximize conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets.
- Represent RRC at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to identify trends and customers.
- Support multi-state and global projects to achieve team objectives.
- Build relationships with customers’ decision makers and influencers through frequent visits.
- Provide outstanding customer experience through proactive engagement and collaboration with Application Support Engineers.
- Understand customer needs, market dynamics, and technical requirements, and leverage RRC features and benefits to create value.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and share market insights to support business strategy.
- Use Salesforce CRM diligently and maintain an accurate sales pipeline for internal reporting, annual business plans, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable qualification.
- Proven success in a technical consultative sales role with potential for longer sales cycles in a relevant B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of intrinsic motivation and curiosity, enabling constant learning and improvement.
- Outstanding capability to analyze and understand customer challenges by asking questions and listening.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region, to national trade shows, and to semi-annual meetings at Corporate Headquarters in Homburg, Germany.
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is a plus.
