Job Description
Registered Nurse overseeing care plans and caregiver supervision for non-medical home care clients. Supporting seniors and individuals with special needs to maintain independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients and develop person-centered care plans
- Update care plans as client conditions change
- Conduct supervisory visits to evaluate caregiver performance and care plan adherence
- Train and support caregivers
- Document all assessments, updates, and visits
- Communicate with clients, families, and staff to coordinate care
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Participate in quality assurance
- Oversee care plans and support caregiver supervision to ensure a high standard of care
Requirements:
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in { job.state }
- Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (home care or geriatric care preferred)
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and support non-clinical staff
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits
- Familiarity with state home care regulations and best practices
