Job Description
Registered Nurse providing adult ADHD telehealth care through Kantoko’s online platform. Conducting triage, clinical assessments and mental health reviews remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and triage people joining the service
- Conduct clinical reviews and check-ins via telehealth
- Complete clinical assessments and risk assessments
- Respond to clinical escalations from the Customer Care team
- Identify when further review or escalation is needed
- Work closely with GPs and psychiatrists
- Document assessments clearly and keep the wider care team informed
- Provide ongoing adult ADHD care through Kantoko’s telehealth platform
- Help improve clinical processes and telehealth software through feedback
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least three years of postgraduate clinical experience
- Background in critical care and/or mental health nursing
- Experience in emergency nursing, psychiatric nursing or mental health triage
- Strong clinical assessment, patient triage and risk assessment skills
- Confidence making decisions and working independently in a remote clinical role
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work three to four weekdays each week
- Experience in ADHD care or telehealth is helpful but not essential
- Interest in mental health and readiness to learn
- Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
