Job Description

Reliability & Parametric Test Engineer at leading semiconductor manufacturer specializing in ultra-low power integrated circuits. Responsibilities include WLR strategy development, testing, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of **WLR strategy** for Technologies in Production
  • Follow-up of existing Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) tests and development of new WLR tests
  • Work with Technology R&D and the Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) Development Team on setting up relevant WLR tests for NVM
  • Be a central knowledge point for Device Reliability aspects for Technologies in Production
  • Owner of **test routines** and **test programs**, limit files, specifications, operating procedures and work instructions for technologies in Production
  • Participate in p**arametric test activities** for next technology nodes in close cooperation with the development team
  • MSA: Gage R&R analysis

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Physics or Microelectronics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Microelectronics in a Parametric Test and/or WLR context
  • Knowledge of methodologies and core tools such as DOE, FMEA, MSA (Gage R&R)
  • Experience in computer programming (Python, C and Linux)
  • You are enthusiastic, solution oriented, a positive thinker and a team player
  • You are interested in working in a production-oriented environments
