Job Description
Senior Automation QA Engineer focusing on backend testing for cloud contact center solutions. Collaborating on automation improvements and validating new features for enhanced system stability.
Responsibilities:
- Join our team and play a key role in testing the backend of a customer’s CCaaS solution.
- Support and improve existing test automation.
- Identify and troubleshoot defects.
- Validate new features to ensure system stability, scalability, and compatibility with evolving product functionality.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in software testing or QA
- Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript (Nice to have)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems
- Experience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills, basic log analysis
- Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar)
- Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux
- Desirable skills: Experience with programming concepts and scripting in Java
- Basic understanding of security protocols (OWASP, PCI Compliance)
- Experience with high-volume transactional systems is a plus
