Job Description

Senior Automation QA Engineer focusing on backend testing for cloud contact center solutions. Collaborating on automation improvements and validating new features for enhanced system stability.

Responsibilities:

  • Join our team and play a key role in testing the backend of a customer’s CCaaS solution.
  • Support and improve existing test automation.
  • Identify and troubleshoot defects.
  • Validate new features to ensure system stability, scalability, and compatibility with evolving product functionality.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in software testing or QA
  • Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript (Nice to have)
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems
  • Experience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing
  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills, basic log analysis
  • Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux
  • Desirable skills: Experience with programming concepts and scripting in Java
  • Basic understanding of security protocols (OWASP, PCI Compliance)
  • Experience with high-volume transactional systems is a plus
