Job Description
Operador(a) de Vendas Remotas atendendo clientes e vendendo produtos farmacêuticos da Principia. Prospectando negócios e fortalecendo relacionamentos por telefone e canais digitais.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and build relationships with clients via phone and digital channels
- Conduct proactive outreach to assigned client accounts
- Prospect new business opportunities
- Present and sell the product portfolio, launches, product mix, and promotional campaigns
- Negotiate and follow up on sales
- Ensure customer activation/listing of products
- Develop consultative relationships by identifying needs and offering the best solutions
- Record all interactions in corporate systems
- Provide post-sale support
Requirements:
- High school diploma (higher education is a plus)
- Experience in telesales, remote sales, customer service, or consultative selling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Organized, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Excellent verbal communication with ease in handling sales and customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
- Advantage: experience in the pharmaceutical (distributor) sector, dermocosmetics, hygiene and beauty, or consumer goods
- Advantage: experience serving pharmacies, drugstores, or distributors
- Availability to work remotely as required by this position
