Job Description
Rental Sales Agent serving customers and upselling vehicles, protection packages, and services for SIXT, a global mobility provider. Working at Chicago O'Hare Airport while pursuing sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the airport branch
- Greet and guide customers through the car rental process
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Prepare rental agreements
- Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services
- Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
- Handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism
- Drive the rental experience and maximize each customer interaction
Requirements:
- Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
- Experience in retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental
- Track record of building customer relationships
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
