Job Description
Residential Field Analyst managing residential field claims with on-site inspections at TD Insurance. Scoping damages and settling claims while providing client service and support with contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the handling of residential field claims requiring on-site inspections
- Scoping of damages, assigning appropriate contractor or supplier
- Managing and settling residential field claim files in accordance with operational standards
- Providing personal client service while settling claims with the insured
Requirements:
- 3+ years prior Experience as a field adjuster / claims handling experience would be an asset
- College/University degree would be an asset
- Working knowledge of Xactimate Estimating software and Xactanalysis
- Sound knowledge and experience in handling structural claims
