Job Description
HR Analyst at Reach building and maintaining workforce models, translating strategy into measurable demand & delivering insights for hiring and organizational design.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain workforce models
- Translate strategy into measurable demand
- Deliver clear insights that shape hiring, reskilling, and organisational design
- Model future operating and organisation designs
- Create costed scenarios to quantify risk, impact and opportunity
- Partner with Finance to align forecasts
- Ensure data quality and consistency across various metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders
Requirements:
- Practical organisational design experience
- Naturally data‑savvy
- Enjoy people analytics and scenario modelling
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or planning platforms
- Strategic thinker and clear communicator
- Understand HR basics that matter such as headcount, FTE, span of control and turnover
