Job Description
Visual Merchandising Specialist focused on store layout and product arrangement at Nouria Energy. Collaborating with merchandising and marketing teams to maximize sales and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Executing the design of Nouria’s store layout
- Fixture placement and product arrangement
- Analyzing sales data
- Collaborating with merchandising and marketing teams
- Executing planograms
- Ensuring compliance with company standards
- Promoting visual merchandising excellence
- Leading and executing store resets
- Performing assembly and installation of fixtures and PDQs
- Making adjustments needed to maintain strategies
- Partnering with the store team to solve merchandising opportunities
- Re-merchandising products to maximize sales
- Responsible for installations as part of remodels and other initiatives
- Assisting in training new team members through job shadowing
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-Starter
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
