Job Description
Retirement Consultant driving consolidation of assets into employer-sponsored retirement plans. Educating individual customers and managing a portfolio of 150-350 clients autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls and handle inbound calls from our participant base, with the objective of consolidating their retirement savings into their employer-sponsored plan with Empower.
- Schedule meetings with individual customers.
- Hold conference calls with contra firms & customers.
- Provide education and support throughout the consolidation process.
- Independently and effectively manage a high volume of scheduled meetings, inbound calls, outbound calls, and emails correspondence with customers.
- Demonstrate expertise in retirement investment vehicles, especially 401(k), 403(b), 457b, 401(a), and IRA.
- Service rollover relationship from opportunity handoff through close, increasing participant touch, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Answer customer questions and concerns about retirement planning as necessary.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience
- FINRA 6 & 63 registrations required within corporate-established timelines
- FINRA Fingerprinting
- Ability to work within a flexible call center schedule and environment
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa currently, including CPT/OPT.
