Job Description
Lead Analyst for Cigna Pharmacy executing Go‑to‑Market strategy and managing account‑level pricing. Collaborates with Sales on customer negotiations and strategic recommendations based on market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing the Go‑to‑Market Pharmacy strategy
- Leading account‑level pricing, rate development, and customer negotiations
- Conducts case‑specific risk assessments and develops account‑level pricing strategies
- Analyzes market trends and competitive dynamics to deliver strategic recommendations
- Serves as a subject matter expert supporting Medical Underwriting teams and broader stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
- 3+ years of experience in Pharmacy Underwriting or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in rating, product, and financial analysis
- Proven ability to make sound decisions with a strong understanding of internal and external financial implications
- In‑depth knowledge of market dynamics, competitive conditions, and pricing drivers.
