Job Description
Remote Sales Agent guiding customers to tailored auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance coverage. Selling policies through Jerry.ai’s 55+ carrier partners.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer experiences
- Uncover savings and coverage gaps and translate complex policy details into clear choices
- Craft tailored policy packages across Jerry’s panel of 55+ carrier partners
- Finalize and bind customer coverage
- Address customer hesitation and concerns to provide a smooth, transparent purchasing experience
- Share direct customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and service offerings
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments
- Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills
- Passion for helping people
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards and attention to detail
- Experience or ability to handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance
- Ability to educate customers about policy details, savings, and coverage gaps
- Ability to craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage
- P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting; licensing cost is fully funded
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada
- For U.S. employment, legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required by the application form
