Job Description
Assistente de Vendas apoiando Key Account no varejo farmacêutico da Principia. Consolidando dados comerciais, acompanhando indicadores e conectando equipes de campo, internas e clientes estratégicos.
Responsibilities:
- Support the retail pharmacy Key Account channel (KA/KAM)
- Support management with day-to-day commercial activities, including scheduling, follow-ups, and reports
- Conduct analyses and track market trends using IQVIA
- Consolidate field reports, market information, and customer maps
- Organize and update customer records, product contracts, and commercial terms
- Consolidate sales and performance data by region and channel
- Monitor performance indicators and support the preparation of presentations
- Provide support for campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches
- Handle key customer requests in alignment with the team
- Serve as an administrative support point for the field team
- Connect the field team, internal teams, and strategic customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an assistant or analyst
- Currently pursuing a university degree
- Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets, including tables, filters, and basic analyses
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a relationship-focused approach
- Experience working with teams is a plus
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, or distribution is a plus
- Previous experience supporting regional managers or an external sales force is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM, BI, or commercial management systems is a plus
- Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides is a plus
