Job Description
Inbound insurance sales agent guiding Jerry app users through comparing and purchasing policies. Delivering high-touch service for Jerry, an AI-powered advisor for vehicle and other physical assets.
Responsibilities:
- Complete paid training and insurance licensing
- Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process
- Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies
- Listen to customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
- Help customers finalize insurance policies
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer experiences
- Handle multiple tasks using company-provided tools and technology
Requirements:
- Retail or service background, especially experience at top-tier retailers or service companies
- Friendly, hard-working, ambitious, and highly service-oriented
- Ability to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment while handling multiple tasks
- Must pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
- Full-time hourly employees must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- P&C license application question included in the application
