Job Description
Inbound insurance sales agent helping Jerry’s app users compare 55+ insurers and purchase policies. Delivering high-touch service remotely for an AI-powered asset-management company.
Responsibilities:
- Complete paid training and insurance licensing
- Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process
- Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies and select an appropriate policy
- Listen to customer concerns and solve problems
- Help customers finalize new insurance policies
- Provide a welcoming, high-quality customer experience
Requirements:
- Retail or service background, including experience in environments such as Apple Store, Chick-fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco
- Customer-service-oriented and able to provide exceptional hospitality
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment and handle multiple tasks
- Must pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for the applicable employment category
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have or obtain applicable P&C insurance licensing; the posting states training and exam costs are covered
