Job Description
Remote Closer engaging with warm leads for coaching programs. Selling high-ticket training and mentoring with a focus on leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 sales calls with qualified prospects
- Conduct structured needs assessments and contextualize the situation
- Sell high-ticket coaching, training, and mentoring programs
- Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM, including accurate documentation
- Work closely with marketing to optimize closing rates
- Continuously improve your closing skills and sales conversation techniques
Requirements:
- Experience in high-ticket closing or consultative/complex sales
- Confidence in handling demanding clients
- Strong closing ability while maintaining high-quality sales conversations
- Structured working style and ownership of your performance numbers
- High call activity and discipline
- Excellent language sense and strong communication skills
- Negotiation-level German; English is a plus
