Job Description

Remote Closer engaging with warm leads for coaching programs. Selling high-ticket training and mentoring with a focus on leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1:1 sales calls with qualified prospects
  • Conduct structured needs assessments and contextualize the situation
  • Sell high-ticket coaching, training, and mentoring programs
  • Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM, including accurate documentation
  • Work closely with marketing to optimize closing rates
  • Continuously improve your closing skills and sales conversation techniques

Requirements:

  • Experience in high-ticket closing or consultative/complex sales
  • Confidence in handling demanding clients
  • Strong closing ability while maintaining high-quality sales conversations
  • Structured working style and ownership of your performance numbers
  • High call activity and discipline
  • Excellent language sense and strong communication skills
  • Negotiation-level German; English is a plus
