Job Description
Sales Director driving client acquisition and account growth for Eurofins Scientific's consumer product testing services. Managing full-cycle sales, CRM pipelines, targets, and client delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Research and map prospective clients through inbound inquiries, cold outreach, and targeted email campaigns
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, budgets, and decision-making authority
- Manage early-to-mid sales cycles and leverage Eurofins' global network to deliver end-to-end client solutions
- Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records in Scoro
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for discovery meetings, qualified leads, and closed revenue
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage revenue forecasting and strategic outlooks
- Lead periodic performance reviews with key clients
- Manage service execution and KPIs according to agreed operating protocols and internal SOPs
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers across Eurofins divisions to coordinate global capabilities and client onboarding
- Resolve service concerns and escalate critical matters to the Business Unit Manager and Managing Director
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or account management within consumer product testing (softlines/hardlines), B2B, or professional services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and growth targets
- Understanding of quality management systems, accreditation standards, and consumer product safety protocols
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Scoro or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
