Job Description

Sales Engineer assisting with AI-driven security operations solutions. Leading technical discovery and ensuring high-quality evaluations for prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading technical discovery to understand customer SOC environments, workflows, and challenges
  • Executing high-quality POVs/POCs that demonstrate clear value and operational impact
  • Serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle
  • Addressing technical objections and escalating complex issues when needed
  • Ensuring every evaluation reflects clarity, rigor, and a high bar for execution

Requirements:

  • Experience as a technical seller with a strong background in security operations
  • Hands-on experience running or supporting POV/POC engagements
  • Strong technical depth across SOC tooling, detection, investigation, and response workflows
  • A process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A bias toward action, ownership, and follow-through
