Job Description

Regional Sales Leader at Splunk focused on driving enterprise software sales. Leading high-performing sales teams and delivering on revenue targets for large organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver revenue targets consistently
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue numbers
  • Direct sales activities and prioritize efforts
  • Mentor and coach sales team
  • Present use cases and demonstrate value of products
  • Negotiate terms by selling value and ROI

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of direct and channel enterprise software selling experience to large enterprises
  • Subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software experience
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills
  • Skilled at business planning and measurement
  • Success adapting in fast-growing and changing environments
  • 5+ years experience building and leading front-line sales teams preferred
  • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Relevant software proven experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, DevOps, security, business applications, and/or analytics preferred.
