Job Description
Sales Manager driving sales strategies for ILSC in the LATAM region. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve enrollment targets and promoting language education programs.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead sales strategies and activities for ILSC, Greystone, and ELS in Chile, Argentina, or Uruguay
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director and sales team members to attain enrollment targets
- Support in crafting sales projections and budgets, aiding in strategic planning
- Drive promotion of all ILSC Education Group brands through effective presentation techniques
- Participate in workshops and fairs to engage with students to increase sales
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies
- Provide training programs for agents to promote and sell all ILSC Education Group programs
- Actively listen to client needs and share feedback with management
- Recruit new agents and strengthen relationships with existing agents
- Report on agents’ performance and market conditions
- Participate in developing new promotional materials in Spanish for LATAM markets
- Travel to attend agent fairs and workshops
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the international education industry
- Educational background in sales, marketing, business, or communications preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Keen understanding of the higher educational systems in the US, Canada, Ireland, and Australia
- Familiarity with key competitors
- Possession of an existing network of relationships within the education industry is an asset
- Eligibility to work in the hiring location without sponsorship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who works well individually and in group settings
