Job Description
Remote sales manager helping U.S. families access supplemental benefits and financial protection. Building client relationships, reviewing benefit options, and developing toward leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Meet virtually with clients to review benefit options and identify their needs
- Build and maintain positive relationships through exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
- Collaborate with team leaders to achieve performance goals
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as you grow within the organization
- Track activity and maintain accurate client records
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during all client interactions
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and basic computer applications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, or leadership experience is helpful but not required
- Coachable individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment
