Job Description
Sales Manager conducting interactive Zoom programming demos for children and parents at Kodland, an international online programming school. Explaining educational value and guiding sales conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct demonstration programming lessons for children and parents via Zoom
- Combine mentoring and expert responsibilities during interactive 60-minute sessions
- Guide children through practical and engaging programming exercises
- Understand family needs and demonstrate the value of learning with Kodland
- Conduct sales-oriented conversations and present Kodland’s educational offerings
- Complete a test after the interview if requested
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, negotiation, or customer experience management
- Ability to build a relationship of trust with adults (parents) and children
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage, explain clearly, and lead conversations confidently
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- Experience in teaching, coaching, running webinars, or public speaking is an advantage
- Reliable Windows/Mac computer or laptop
- Quality/stable internet connection
- Own camera and microphone
- Quiet place to work
- Fluency in required languages is requested in the application, but no specific language is named
