Job Description

Sales Manager responsible for expanding business in the steel industry of Türkiye. Driving growth through customer relationships and innovative solutions across product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing customer-specific strategies to grow business and market share in Türkiye
  • Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the steel industry
  • Managing key customer relationships and acting as the main point of contact
  • Driving the full sales cycle including negotiations, offers, and contract management
  • Collaborating with Technical Marketing and R&D to implement and roll out new products

Requirements:

  • Degree in Ceramics, Metallurgy or similar, OR several years of equivalent professional experience in steel production and refractory products
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience
  • Open, communicative personality with a structured, independent working style
  • Strong MS Office and SAP skills
  • Driver’s license (Class B) – company car provided
  • Fluent/Proficient in English and Turkish.
