Job Description
Außendienst-Sales-Manager für Workwear- und Mietwäsche-Lösungen bei WaschMal, einem Dienstleister für professionelle Wäscherei- und Textilmanagement-Services. Neukundenakquise, Partnerschaften und Vertragsverhandlungen.
Responsibilities:
- Actively acquire, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships in the region
- Acquire and support key influencers and referral partners
- Actively acquire new customers in the assigned sales territory (North, West, or South)
- Conduct profitability and savings-potential analyses using existing Excel tools
- Present process and cost advantages to customers and decision-makers
- Conduct professional quotation and contract negotiations
- Document and follow up on all sales activities in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in sales or field sales, ideally in managed laundry services, personal protective equipment (PPE), workwear, or technical distribution
- Experience in new customer acquisition
- Knowledge of conducting needs analyses
- Proficiency in Excel
- Basic understanding of business administration
- Experience in negotiation and contract closing
- Strong sales personality with a genuine hunter mentality
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
