Job Description

Sales Manager overseeing Austria's healthcare market at Medline. Responsible for strategy development, team leadership, and driving profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Take overall responsibility for sales in Austria
  • Further develop strategy and lead the team
  • Drive profitable growth in a competitive market environment
  • Increase market share and scale sales success
  • Establish clear performance and accountability structures

Requirements:

  • Several years of leadership experience in healthcare / hospital sales in Austria
  • Proven track record in market development and revenue responsibility
  • Experience with hospitals, group purchasing organizations (GPOs) and complex decision-making structures
  • Ability to build, develop and scale teams
  • Strategic strength combined with strong execution skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and clear result orientation
  • Confident presence at decision-maker / executive level
  • Experience with KPIs, forecasting and CRM systems
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel within Austria
