Job Description
Sales Manager overseeing Austria's healthcare market at Medline. Responsible for strategy development, team leadership, and driving profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for sales in Austria
- Further develop strategy and lead the team
- Drive profitable growth in a competitive market environment
- Increase market share and scale sales success
- Establish clear performance and accountability structures
Requirements:
- Several years of leadership experience in healthcare / hospital sales in Austria
- Proven track record in market development and revenue responsibility
- Experience with hospitals, group purchasing organizations (GPOs) and complex decision-making structures
- Ability to build, develop and scale teams
- Strategic strength combined with strong execution skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and clear result orientation
- Confident presence at decision-maker / executive level
- Experience with KPIs, forecasting and CRM systems
- Excellent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel within Austria
