Job Description

Salesforce Developer responsible for complex Salesforce projects in the energy & utilities industry. Enhancing integration, code quality, and mentoring team members for high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, document and refactor complex Salesforce components and integration services (Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs).
  • Take technical ownership of complex features end-to-end, ensuring high standards of code quality, test coverage and best practice.
  • Build and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems within a wider integration landscape.
  • Configure and extend Salesforce Industries / Energy & Utilities Cloud (e.g. OmniStudio) where applicable.
  • Contribute to the selection of development methods, tools, techniques and security practices.
  • Lead code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.
  • Collaborate with consultants, engineers and architects to translate requirements into robust, well-engineered production builds.
  • Create technical documentation and provide technical support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries / Energy & Utilities Cloud (OmniStudio).
  • Deep proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components and API development.
  • Experience taking technical ownership of complex features and delivering them end-to-end.
  • Experience building integrations in a complex enterprise environment with many connected systems.
  • Experience leading code reviews and mentoring other developers.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, security and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD tooling.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery, especially Scrum.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
