Job Description
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer for Elite Insurance Partners focusing on CloudPages and customer journeys. Building dynamic user experiences and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and design teams.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of CloudPages development, using AMPScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build dynamic, personalized, and high-performing user experiences
- Design and implement advanced customer journeys using Journey Builder, triggered sends, and automation tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and data teams to develop strategic email/SMS campaigns that align with business goals
- Segment and target audiences based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data
- Monitor performance analytics and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness
- Ensure code quality, responsiveness, and accessibility across email and CloudPage assets
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Deep expertise in CloudPages development and AMPScript/JavaScript—this is the #1 priority for this role
- Strong technical skills in HTML and CSS, particularly for email and landing page design
- Experience building and managing automated marketing journeys and behavioral triggers
- Highly analytical with a keen attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working 100% remotely
- Bonus: Strong copywriting ability and experience with data visualization or reporting
